3. User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Types
  • Candidates: Individuals who take assessments and interviews through our platform
  • Recruiters: Professionals who use our platform to evaluate and hire candidates
  • Company Admins: Organization administrators who manage recruitment operations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to cheat, manipulate, or circumvent assessment or proctoring systems
  • Provide false or misleading information in your profile, resume, or during assessments
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform
  • Share assessment questions, answers, or proprietary content with unauthorized parties
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users

5. AI-Powered Services

Our platform uses artificial intelligence for interviews, assessments, and evaluations. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated evaluations are tools to assist hiring decisions, not final determinations
  • Video and audio recordings will be captured during AI interviews and may be reviewed by AI systems
  • Proctoring technology will monitor your activity during assessments to ensure integrity
  • AI-generated insights and scores are based on algorithms and may not capture all nuances
  • You may request human review of AI-driven decisions that significantly impact you

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and technology on our platform are owned by FastHireGPT and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended purpose.

Assessment questions, evaluation algorithms, and platform content are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, responses). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store that content for the purpose of providing our services, including sharing assessment results with prospective employers you have applied to.

8. Payment Terms

For paid services and subscriptions:

  • Fees are as quoted on our platform and may be subject to change with prior notice
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastHireGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of employment opportunities based on AI assessments
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated evaluations or recommendations
  • Technical failures, downtime, or data loss
  • Actions of third-party employers or candidates

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI assessments will be error-free, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that any specific hiring outcome will result from using our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
